The Australian Public Service Commission gifts and benefits reporting guidelines came in to effect from 18 October 2019. Under this guidance agency heads must publish a register of gifts and benefits they or their immediate families have accepted where the value of the gift or benefit is valued over $100 (excluding GST) during the reporting period.

The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority Gifts and Benefits register below provides details of gifts and/or benefits accepted and retained by the Chief Executive Officer or their immediate families and whose value exceeds the stipulated threshold of $100 (excluding GST).
