Whitsunday Bareboat Industry Standards Self-Assessment Form	The purpose of the 'Self-Assessment' form is for bareboat permittees to make a statement of their compliance for each of the industry standards prior to adoption of these standards. Due to the limited number of bareboat permittees, there hasn't been a requirement for the form to be online.
