The GBRMPA will consider all comments raised in public submissions during finalisation of the assessment process as required by Regulation 88Q and 88R of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Regulations 1983.

Gladstone Regional Council - Application for a permit to install, operate and maintain an intake and outfall pipeline as part of the proposed Agnes Water / Seventeen Seventy Integrated Water Project

The application went through a public consultation process and a summary report on that process was prepared by the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority (GBRMPA).

As part of that public consultation process, the applicant prepared a Public Information Package on the project.

A decision was made in December 2009 and gazetted on 13 January 2010.
