World Environmental and Water Resources Congress 19-23 May, Cincinnati, OHIO, USA Showcasing the future
World Indigenous Network Conference 26-31 May, Darwin The subject groups of the conference are: Connecting knowledge, Connecting to Land and Sea and Connecting Community. Each group incorporates a number of draft conference themes and topics.  
National Native Title Conference 2013 3-5 June, Alice Springs, NT Shaping the future. Theme includes: The Native Title Act 20 years on, where to from here?; Indigenous Governance; The Indigenous Estate and Development Options and Building a Future.
6th International Conference on Water Resources and Environmental Research 3-7 June, Koblenz, Germany The focus is on fostering an integrative understanding of water and the environment. It brings together physical, biological, chemical, statistical, socioeconomic and technical expertise in order to discuss solutions for transient environmental boundary conditions.

Articulate: Queensland Regional Arts and Culture Conference 2013 22-23 August, Rockhampton, QLD There are four conference themes: building strong communities through arts and culture; encouraging community participation and engagement through arts and culture; supporting vibrant regional arts and cultural practice; and activating creative spaces.
Clean Air Society of Australia and New Zealand Conference 2013 7-11 September, Sydney, NSW Reflecting the increased understanding that there is a nexus between air quality and climate change science, the theme of the Conference is "Clean Air in a Changing Climate". 
Queensland State Landcare Conference 27-29 September, Warwick, QLD This conference will explore the lessons learnt, the risks involved and the financial implications incurred for people to take the step to transition to a new enterprise or on-farm activity. The main objectives of the World Conference on Indigenous Peoples are to share perspectives and best practices on the realistation of the rights of Indigenous peoples and to pursue the objectives of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
