Generous leave entitlements
- 26 days of annual leave
- 18 days per year personal leave for personal illness, carer and other personal responsibilities (such as caring for children when sick)

- Paid leave between Christmas and New Year
- 14 weeks paid maternity, adoption and foster carers’ leave
- 10 days of parental leave for birth event involving the employees partner
